Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Sell property and casualty, as well as life and health insurance policies, to individuals and businesses.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients regarding insurance options, policy coverage, and risk management strategies.
- Utilize proven sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to stay current with industry trends and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with a district team and benefit from one-on-one mentorship designed to foster your success as an Insurance Agent.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the insurance industry, ensuring compliance in every aspect of your work.
- Meet performance goals related to sales and customer service while providing a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Ability to obtain or current possession of a Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health license (study materials provided if needed).
- Strong leadership competencies, including the ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
- Excellent work ethic and leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
- Must successfully pass a credit and background check.
