Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sell a variety of insurance products, including Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health insurance policies.
- Utilize proven sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and grow your client base.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to policyholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to deliver accurate information to clients.
- Participate in training sessions and one-on-one coaching to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
- Manage client records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate leadership by engaging and inspiring others, and by representing Farmers Insurance within the community.
- Ability to obtain or currently holding a valid Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health license. Study materials and support are provided for candidates not yet licensed.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to delegate tasks, engage colleagues, and inspire team performance.
- Demonstrated work ethic and commitment to personal and professional growth.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Must successfully pass a credit and background check in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
