Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering guidance on insurance products including Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health insurance policies.
- Analyze clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options tailored to each individual's or business’s requirements.
- Present and explain insurance policy features and benefits in a clear, consultative manner to help clients make informed decisions.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to closing sales and providing post-sale support.
- Utilize proven sales and marketing strategies to expand your client base and grow your insurance agency business.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training, including award-winning University of Farmers programs and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by the district team.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and all required documentation in compliance with legal and industry standards.
- Able to obtain or currently hold a valid Property & Casualty insurance license and a Life & Health insurance license. Study materials are available for those not yet licensed.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to delegate, engage with, and inspire others.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a commitment to professional integrity.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and a passion for helping clients achieve financial security.
- Ability to pass a credit and background check as part of the hiring process.
