Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives
- Set appointments and build long-term relationships with clients
- Prepare and present insurance proposals tailored to individual client requirements
- Meet or exceed new business production goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively with support teams, including district managers, sales coaches, and underwriters
- Advocate for clients by identifying risks and recommending suitable coverage options
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty License, Life and Health License
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory background check
- Strong oral and written communication abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to build a client base
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Sales experience or customer service background is helpful, but not required
- Ability to create and maintain a Project 150 list of contacts to jump-start your business
- SIE certification is a plus
