Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life and Health)
- Meet business production goals and objectives
- Generate new business through networking, telephone outreach, and referrals
- Set appointments and assess clients’ financial and insurance needs
- Develop insurance proposals, conduct sales presentations, and close sales
- Build and maintain a list of prospects to establish your client base
- Maintain strong oral and written communication with clients and team members
- Collaborate with a dedicated support team, including managers and sales coaches
- Advocate for clients by identifying risks and offering appropriate coverage options

- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory background check
