Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life and Health).
- Meet and exceed new business production goals and objectives set by Farm Bureau Financial Services.
- Generate new business opportunities through various channels, including telephone outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Set appointments and assess clients' financial and insurance needs to provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop customized insurance proposals, deliver sales presentations, and successfully close sales.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a satisfactory background check as part of the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a 'Project 150' contact list to kick-start your business and expand your client base.
- Advocate for clients by identifying their everyday risks and providing coverage to protect their financial futures.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and company offerings.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses, as required by state regulations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to build a successful business.
- Capability to own and operate a business efficiently.
- SIE certification preferred.
- Commitment to meeting new business production goals.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory background check results.
- Willingness to utilize personal and professional networks to generate leads and build client relationships.
