Key Responsibilities- Obtain and maintain required insurance licenses, including Property & Casualty, Life, and Health.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives established by Farm Bureau Financial Services.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through telephone outreach, networking events, and other lead sources.
- Set appointments with potential clients and accurately assess their insurance and financial service needs.
- Develop and deliver customized insurance proposals and presentations to prospective clients, with a focus on closing sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their insurance needs.
- Utilize the "Project 150" strategy, starting your business by reaching out to a list of 150 family members, friends, and acquaintances.
- Comply with all licensing, background, and legal requirements necessary to perform the role of Insurance Agent in Coffeyville, KS.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the drive to own and operate a successful business.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation.
