- Schedule appointments with prospective clients to assess and identify their insurance and financial service needs.

- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills in client interactions and documentation.
- Develop and utilize a "Project 150" contact list, consisting of family, friends, and acquaintances, to launch and grow your business network.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and successfully complete a background check as part of compliance requirements.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and operating a new business efficiently.
- Advocate for individuals and families in your community, with an interest in educating clients about risk management and financial protection.
- Ability to identify everyday risks faced by clients and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to safeguard their future.
