Insurance Agent - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking property, casualty, life, and health insurance solutions.
- Operate with independence while receiving comprehensive support from an experienced team and robust training programs.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain required Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses.
- Meet established new business production goals and objectives.
- Generate leads and acquire new clients through telephone outreach, networking events, and community involvement.
- Set appointments with prospective clients and assess their financial service needs.
- Develop insurance proposals, deliver professional sales presentations, and close sales effectively.
- Build and maintain a "Project 150" list of contacts to kick-start business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support to clients.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain required Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory background check results.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Completion of SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) certification is preferred.
