Responsibilities- Develop and grow a successful insurance agency by leveraging sales, marketing, and relationship-building skills.
- Work collaboratively with staff and benefit from ongoing mentorship from experienced district managers and business coaches.
- Effectively manage time and set goals to achieve conversion targets and agency growth milestones.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate leadership within your agency.
- Communicate the value and benefits of various insurance products, including property, casualty, life, accident, and health policies, to potential clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product changes, and compliance requirements relevant to the insurance sector.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success as an Insurance Agent.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, goal orientation, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to participate actively in community events and build a local network.
- Ability to obtain or possess current property, casualty, life, accident, and health insurance licenses (support for licensing is available if needed).
