Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty License and Life and Health License, as required for the Insurance Agent role.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives, consistently working toward growth targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including telephone calls, networking, and community engagement.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with clients to assess their insurance and financial service needs.
- Develop comprehensive insurance proposals tailored to client requirements and deliver effective sales presentations.
- Close sales and establish long-term client relationships, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and comply with background check requirements.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills for effective client interactions and documentation.
- Leverage your personal and professional network (Project 150) to establish initial contacts and kick-start your business.
- Advocate for clients by identifying everyday risks and recommending appropriate insurance solutions to protect their livelihoods and futures.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life and Health) for the Insurance Agent position.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a demonstrated ability to operate a business efficiently.
- Commitment to meeting production and growth objectives for new business as an Insurance Agent.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
- Completion of SIE certification is valued.
- Motivated to serve and advocate for clients in your local community as an Insurance Agent.
- Ability to develop a robust network of contacts to build and sustain your business.
- Project 150: Capability to assemble a list of 150 personal or professional contacts to initiate business development.
- Applicants must currently reside in AZ, IA, KS, MN, NE, NM, SD, or UT.
