Insurance Agent - Summary- Full-time Insurance Agent position with Farm Bureau Financial Services
- Based in Deming, NM
- Open to candidates with or without prior insurance experience
- Entrepreneurial opportunity with comprehensive training and support
- Focus on building client relationships and providing insurance solutions
- Obtain required Property & Casualty License, and Life and Health License
- Meet new business production goals and objectives set by the company
- Generate new business through telephone outreach, networking, and referrals
- Set appointments and assess clients’ financial service needs
- Develop insurance proposals and deliver persuasive sales presentations
- Close sales and provide ongoing support to clients
- Maintain a Project 150 list of family, friends, and acquaintances to initiate business contacts
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a background check
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
