Insurance Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain required licenses, including Property & Casualty, Life, and Health
- Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities via networking, referrals, and outreach
- Set and achieve business production goals on a consistent basis
- Schedule appointments to assess and address clients’ insurance and financial service needs
- Design and deliver tailored insurance proposals and presentations
- Close sales and ensure comprehensive servicing of client relationships
- Build and maintain a prospect list (Project 150) of family, friends, and acquaintances to initiate business growth
- Uphold high ethical and professional standards in all business dealings
- Collaborate with a team including district managers, field consultants, and sales coaches for ongoing support

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses (assistance provided)
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory background check
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage and grow a business
- SIE certification preferred
- Capability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
- Reside in AZ, IA, KS, MN, NE, NM, SD, or UT
