Insurance Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain required Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
- Meet or exceed established new business production goals
- Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Schedule appointments and assess clients' financial services needs
- Develop and present insurance proposals tailored to client needs
- Close sales and provide ongoing client support
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Utilize personal and professional networks to expand client base (Project 150)
- Uphold high standards of ethical conduct and client confidentiality

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty, Life & Health insurance licenses
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory background check
- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- SIE certification preferred but not required
