Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain required licenses for Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives set by Farm Bureau Financial Services.
- Generate new business using various sources, including networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
- Set appointments and conduct needs assessments to determine the financial and insurance requirements of clients.
- Develop customized insurance proposals and deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Close sales efficiently and provide ongoing support to clients for policy servicing and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities.
- Build a strong network by reaching out to contacts and leveraging personal and professional relationships to grow your client base.
- Advocate for clients by identifying and addressing everyday risks to help protect their assets and financial future.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses as required by state regulations.

- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

- Experience building and maintaining professional relationships is an asset.
- SIE certification is beneficial.
