Duties & Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed new business production goals as an Insurance Agent.
- Proactively prospect for new clients using referrals, networking, community involvement, and lead generation opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess client needs, and recommend appropriate Personal Lines, Commercial, Life, and Financial Services products.
- Identify additional coverage needs and maximize client protection through cross-selling and up-selling relevant insurance products.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales process to enhance client loyalty and retention.
- Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and evolving industry trends to provide up-to-date solutions and advice.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, and engage in consistent follow-up to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred for the Insurance Agent role.
- Life & Health insurance license considered a valuable asset.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or within an insurance agency is advantageous.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals in an Insurance Agent capacity.
