Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and pursue leads through various channels to grow the client base.
- Schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable insurance products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service at all times.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance options, eligibility, policy changes, claims, transfers, and billing.
- Market and promote insurance products, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health offerings.
- Maintain compliance with agency and industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and agency goals.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred.
- Property & Casualty license required.
- Life & Health license required.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.
- Ability to complete all necessary licensing requirements and participate in training programs.
