Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain required insurance licenses: Property & Casualty, Life & Health (support provided if not yet licensed).
- Generate insurance quotes, follow up with prospects, and close new business opportunities.
- Utilize inbound and outbound sales strategies to drive new business growth.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer support to all clients.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily success.
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients to deepen relationships and increase retention.
- Build and nurture referral partnerships with mortgage lenders, realtors, and other professionals.
- Explore and develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize earning potential.

- No prior insurance experience required—insurance experience is preferred but not mandatory.

- General Lines Property & Casualty License (required; support available for obtaining).
