Insurance Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain necessary insurance licenses, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health
- Meet or exceed new business production goals and objectives
- Generate new business leads through telephone outreach, networking, and referrals
- Set appointments and conduct comprehensive needs assessments for clients
- Develop and present insurance proposals tailored to individual client requirements
- Deliver effective sales presentations and close sales to expand your client base
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Uphold a high standard of customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Initiate and execute a "Project 150"—contacting a network of 150 personal and professional connections to jumpstart your business
- Adhere to legal and ethical standards as required by regulatory authorities
