Duties & Responsibilities- Obtain and maintain active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses as required by state regulations.
- Meet or exceed new business production goals and objectives set by Farm Bureau Financial Services.
- Generate new business leads through telephone outreach, networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Conduct appointments with prospective clients to assess their financial service needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Develop and present insurance proposals tailored to client needs, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and successfully close sales transactions.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including background checks and a valid driver’s license.
- Utilize strong oral and written communication skills to educate and inform clients about insurance products and services.
- Leverage your personal and professional network to build a foundation for your business, including engaging a list of 150 contacts to jumpstart your client base.
- Act as an advocate for clients, identifying everyday risks and providing solutions that protect their livelihoods and future financial security.
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions and transactions using Farm Bureau’s CRM and reporting tools.
