Insurance Agent - Summary
- Full-time position with Farm Bureau Financial Services for candidates in AZ, IA, KS, MN, NE, NM, SD, or UT.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain required Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
- Meet and exceed new business production goals and objectives.
- Generate new business through various lead sources, including telephone outreach and networking.

- Develop customized insurance proposals and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Close sales effectively and provide ongoing support to clients.

- Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, including maintaining a valid driver's license and passing a background check.

- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty, Life & Health insurance licenses.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory background check results.

- SIE certification is a plus.
