Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
- Set appointments and conduct comprehensive reviews of clients’ insurance and financial needs.
- Develop and present tailored insurance proposals, deliver effective sales presentations, and close sales.
- Meet and exceed new business production goals and objectives as established by Farm Bureau Financial Services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing service and support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activities.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and product offerings.
- Comply with all regulatory and licensing requirements, including maintaining active state insurance licenses and passing background checks.
- Kick-start your business with "Project 150"—contacting a list of 150 family, friends, and acquaintances.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty License, Life and Health License (training and support provided).
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory background check.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- SIE certification preferred.
