Insurance Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain required state insurance licenses, including Property & Casualty, Life, and Health
- Develop and execute strategies to meet new business production goals and objectives
- Generate new business through telephone outreach, networking, and other prospecting methods
- Schedule and conduct client appointments to assess and identify financial service needs
- Prepare insurance proposals, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close sales
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a background check
- Utilize strong oral and written communication skills in all client interactions
- Initiate Project 150 by contacting a list of 150 family, friends, and acquaintances to launch your business
- Advocate for clients by identifying everyday risks and offering appropriate insurance solutions

- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses (support provided)
