Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain required Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
- Meet or exceed new business production goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain a personal network to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients through phone calls, networking, and local marketing initiatives
- Set appointments and assess clients’ insurance and financial service needs
- Design and present customized insurance proposals and sales presentations
- Close sales and provide ongoing client support and service
- Maintain compliance with company policies and all regulatory requirements
- Leverage a list of personal contacts to build your initial client base
- Participate in company-provided training and professional development programs

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain valid Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory background check results
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and community members
- Willingness to develop a list of personal contacts to initiate business growth
- SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) certification is a plus
