- Develop and maintain relationships with clients by offering home, auto, commercial, life, health, and financial insurance policies tailored to their needs.
- Establish and grow your own insurance agency, leveraging support and mentorship from experienced industry professionals.
- Set and manage your own schedule, allowing for a flexible work environment while meeting agency growth goals.
- Achieve sales targets and new business objectives, with compensation based on commission and performance bonuses.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients understand their coverage options and assisting them throughout the claims process.
- Play an active role in your community by offering essential insurance solutions to individuals, families, and local businesses.
- Must pass a background check, including a review of criminal history, regulatory actions, and financial responsibility.
- Hold or be able to obtain valid property, casualty, life, and health insurance licenses as required by state regulations.
- Meet target new business gross folio premium goals within 24 months after appointment as an Insurance Agent.
- Successfully complete the prescribed agent training program, ensuring readiness to serve clients and grow your agency.
- Participate in a panel interview with representatives from the insurance company to assess readiness and fit for the program.
