Insurance AgentThe role of an Insurance Agent is central to providing clients with professional guidance on insurance and financial service products. As an Insurance Agent, you will work within a dynamic environment, focusing on building strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients. This full-time position requires a strong customer service orientation, sales acumen, and a commitment to helping individuals and families select the right insurance coverage for their needs. Insurance Agents play a pivotal role in ensuring that clients are educated about their options and supported throughout the entire insurance process.
Responsibilities- Develop leads and schedule appointments with potential clients to assess their insurance requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Identify the specific needs of clients and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, including but not limited to property, casualty, life, and health insurance.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and follow-up to address evolving insurance needs.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, handling inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate clients about various insurance options and help them make informed decisions about coverage.
- Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales goals and quotas, contributing to the growth of the agency.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, product recommendations, and policy details in compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Previous experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred.
- Interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of financial services and life insurance products is advantageous.
- Willingness and ability to obtain both Property & Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses, if not already licensed.
