Responsibilities- Learn and master the comprehensive suite of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Umbrella, Commercial, Financial Services, and Life Insurance.
- Engage with prospective clients using both provided sales leads and self-generated opportunities to build strong, professional relationships.
- Collaborate closely with experienced insurance professionals and participate in one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance your industry expertise.
- Develop a robust business plan and sales strategy that will prepare you for successful insurance agency ownership and leadership roles within the company.
- Assess the unique insurance needs of individuals and businesses to provide tailored coverage solutions and excellent customer service.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or entrepreneurial roles is preferred.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a strong drive to achieve success in a competitive environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.
- Commitment to ongoing learning, personal growth, and building a long-term career in the insurance sector.
- Ability to obtain state insurance licenses (comprehensive guidance and support provided throughout the licensing process).
