Insurance Agency Account Manager - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate the day-to-day activities of the insurance agency, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to existing policyholders and clients
- Write new business for personal lines including auto, home, life, and health insurance products
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, billing inquiries, and provide comprehensive account servicing
- Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities within the agency's existing client base
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Assist in retaining and growing the agency’s current book of business by reconnecting with former clients as opportunities arise
- Promptly resolve client concerns and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate documentation and detailed records of client interactions and policy activity
- Help keep the office organized, professional, and operating efficiently each day
Salary & Benefits
- Annual base salary of $60,000

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current or previous experience working in a State Farm agency is strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in insurance sales and customer service, ideally within a State Farm or comparable agency
- Strong knowledge of insurance agency systems, products, and daily workflows
- Active Arizona Property & Casualty License (required)
- Active Arizona Life & Health License (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented with a professional attitude
