Insurance Account Representative (Licensed) - Summary- Serve as a point of contact for clients, focusing on their insurance needs and delivering a remarkable customer experience.
- Drive agency growth by developing new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships.

- Establish and nurture customer relationships, conducting timely follow-ups with clients as needed.
- Develop new service and sales opportunities with both existing and prospective clients in Denton, TX.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
