Insurance Account Representative - Summary
As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, educating clients about insurance products, and supporting the agency’s growth objectives. Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular follow-up and responsive communication.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities by engaging both existing and prospective clients.
- Provide accurate, friendly, and timely customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, and billing.
- Educate clients on insurance options and coverage through needs-based assessments and consultations.
- Generate insurance quotes, present insurance solutions, and close sales to meet agency goals.
- Engage in ongoing networking activities to build connections and generate new leads.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and a commitment to daily success and agency growth.
- Stay current on insurance product changes, licensing, technical developments, and industry education requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Life and Health insurance license strongly preferred, or ability to obtain promptly upon hiring.
