Insurance Account Representative - Summary
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients in all aspects of insurance policies and products
- Engage in value-based conversations to identify opportunities for new business and foster long-term client relationships
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve organizational goals and provide outstanding client experiences

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients through consultative sales approaches
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverages, changes, claims, and billing
- Educate clients about insurance options using a needs-based review process
- Generate insurance quotes, present sales proposals, and close sales
- Develop and maintain ongoing networking relationships within the community and business sectors
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving daily success and team objectives
- Remain current in product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty license
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Life and Health insurance license
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
