Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, including routine follow-up to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address client needs.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients, supporting agency growth and client retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarifications.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
- Generate insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales in alignment with agency goals.
- Build and maintain ongoing networking relationships to expand the agency’s reach within the community and client base.

- Property and Casualty license (or ability to obtain as required).
- Life and Health license (or ability to obtain as required).
