Insurance Account Representative - Summary- Serve as a primary point of contact for insurance clients, providing outstanding service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Support the agency's mission to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions and enhance client satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative office environment focused on growth and professional development
- Provide friendly and professional customer service for policy inquiries, billing questions, and service requests
- Process policy changes accurately and efficiently in accordance with agency and State Farm procedures
- Assist clients through the claims process with empathy, clarity, and attention to detail
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage options, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Support agency sales goals through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records
