Insurance Account Representative - Summary
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing inquiries and providing policy information.
- Support agency growth by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and follow-up.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage options, policy changes, claims, billing, and eligibility.
- Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales to new and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain networking relationships to drive new business opportunities.
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate clients on insurance products.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
