Insurance Account Representative - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for insurance clients, providing exceptional service and support
- Engage in value-based conversations to understand and meet customer needs
- Facilitate the growth and success of the agency through proactive client relationship management
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up with clients as needed
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with existing and prospective clients
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing questions
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on available insurance options
- Develop insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales with professionalism and integrity
- Build and maintain strong networking relationships to support business development
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a daily commitment to success and customer satisfaction
- Stay informed on product changes, licensing requirements, technical advancements, and participate in required ongoing training and education

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty insurance license
- Bilingual Spanish-English skills preferred
