Insurance Account Representative - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their insurance needs and providing timely, expert guidance.
- Foster positive client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels.
- Schedule and conduct appointments to assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products, including property, casualty, life, and health insurance.
- Contribute to the achievement of agency marketing and sales goals alongside the agency team.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic, demonstrating commitment to the success of the agency every day.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle.
- Collaborate with other agency team members to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions and resolve client inquiries promptly.
- Stay informed about agency products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements relevant to insurance account management.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in sales (such as outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals/quotas is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred.
- Life and Health Insurance License is preferred.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs and agency priorities.
- Commitment to completing all required licensing and training programs as specified by the agency.
