Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers, responding promptly to inquiries and following up as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to develop new business with both existing and prospective clients by understanding their insurance needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims processing, and billing matters with accuracy and professionalism.
- Conduct thorough needs-based reviews to educate clients about insurance products and coverage options, empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Prepare insurance quotes, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close sales effectively to meet agency goals.
- Engage in ongoing networking efforts to build and expand the agency’s client base and develop strong community connections.
- Maintain a consistent work ethic and a total commitment to achieving personal and team success on a daily basis.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness and ability to obtain this credential as required).
- Life and Health insurance license (or willingness and ability to obtain this credential as required).
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients and colleagues.
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
