The Insurance Account Representative plays a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships in the insurance industry. Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing their insurance needs and ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
- Follow up with clients as needed to provide timely and accurate information regarding policies, coverage options, and policy changes.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients to drive business growth.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to explain and educate clients about various insurance options, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their coverage.
- Develop insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close new business, supporting the agency’s growth objectives.
- Build and maintain ongoing networking relationships within the community and industry to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required at time of hire).
- Ability to obtain Life and Health insurance license if not already held.
