Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture positive customer relationships, ensuring regular follow-up and proactive communication with clients as needed.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging both existing and prospective clients, expanding service offerings, and fostering trust in the agency’s expertise.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverage, changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a client-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options, ensuring each recommendation aligns with their unique needs and goals.
- Generate insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and effectively close insurance sales.
- Engage in ongoing networking activities to build and maintain robust professional relationships within the community and industry.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a total commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and long-term success.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agency’s principal to support transparency and ongoing improvement.
- Remain current with product changes, technical advancements, licensing requirements, and relevant continuing education mandates.
