Insurance Account Representative - Summary
As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, addressing their insurance needs, and supporting them throughout their customer journey. Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
- Identify and pursue new service opportunities to expand the client base and enhance the agency's portfolio.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy adjustments, transfers, claims, and billing questions.
- Educate clients about insurance products and options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
- Generate insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales to meet and exceed agency targets.
- Develop and maintain ongoing networking relationships to support business growth and client acquisition.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and total commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agency management.
- Stay up to date with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education mandates.
