Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular outreach and personalized communication.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement with insurance products and services.
- Develop new opportunities by identifying the insurance needs of both existing and prospective clients.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance coverage, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing questions.
- Educate clients about available insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
- Prepare insurance quotes, conduct professional sales presentations, and close sales efficiently and ethically.
- Engage in networking activities to build and maintain relationships within the community and expand the client base.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a daily commitment to agency goals and customer satisfaction.
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and participate in ongoing education as needed.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, ensuring effective communication and productivity within the team.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve broader agency objectives and deliver seamless service to clients.
- Use computer systems and agency tools to manage customer information, process transactions, and track performance metrics accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
- Ability to work full-time, maintaining regular office hours as established by the agency.
