Insurance Account Manager (P&C, Life & Health Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolve inquiries
- Support clients by responding to questions about insurance availability, policy eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with current and prospective clients through proactive outreach and networking
- Utilize a needs-based approach to review client coverage and educate clients about insurance options
- Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close new business
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to client accounts and transactions
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to operational excellence on a daily basis
- Participate in ongoing training, licensing, and professional development to remain current with industry changes

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Active Life & Health insurance license required (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Prior experience with State Farm products and systems preferred but not required
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and listening skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
