Insurance Account Manager (P&C Licensed) - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on insurance coverages and policy options.
- Work within a collaborative team to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Utilize an active Property and Casualty license to support all insurance service and sales activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Identify and pursue new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Educate clients using a customer-focused, needs-based approach to review insurance options and recommend appropriate products.
- Develop insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales to meet agency goals.
- Participate in ongoing networking to build relationships that support business development.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to professional success every day.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license (required)
- Ability to obtain Life and Health insurance license within 6 months of employment (required)
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred
- Some college coursework is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding customer service and sales abilities
- Proven soft skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively
- Experience with computer systems and a willingness to learn new technologies
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain high standards of accuracy and timeliness
- Motivation to remain current with product changes, licensing, technical developments, and ongoing education
- Some supervisory experience is a plus
