Insurance Account Manager – P&C Licensed Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for insurance clients, providing expert guidance on property and casualty coverage.
- Utilize your P&C license to manage customer accounts, process policy changes, and resolve insurance-related inquiries.
- Support agency operations through a combination of customer service, sales assistance, and administrative tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer questions regarding insurance policies, claims, and billing procedures.
- Enter new leads, process applications, and update client records in the agency database.
- Coordinate prospecting efforts using direct mail, company programs, and personal insurance reviews.
- Achieve individual production goals as established by the agency.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and discuss product offerings with current and potential clients.
- Maintain high customer service standards to attract and retain policyholders.
- Advise customers on claims processes and billing issues as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Willingness to obtain Life & Health licenses to support broader agency offerings.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, telemarketing, or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and data entry skills.
