Insurance Account Manager – P&C Licensed Summary- Serve as a primary point of contact for insurance clients, providing expert guidance on property and casualty coverage.
- Utilize your P&C license to manage customer accounts, process policy changes, and resolve insurance-related inquiries.
- Support agency operations through a combination of customer service, sales assistance, and administrative tasks.
- Contribute to agency growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and policy enhancements.
- Respond promptly to customer questions regarding insurance policies, claims, and billing procedures.
- Enter new leads, process applications, and update client records in the agency database.
- Coordinate prospecting efforts using direct mail, company programs, and personal insurance reviews.
