Insurance Account Manager (P&C) – Summary
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients seeking property and casualty insurance solutions.
- Utilize your active Property and Casualty license to provide expert guidance on insurance products and policy options.
- Contribute to business growth through excellent service, relationship management, and proactive client outreach.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team in a reputable insurance agency environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both current and prospective clients.
- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing clarification.
- Educate clients on insurance options through a customer-focused, needs-based approach.
- Generate insurance quotes, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and successfully close sales.
- Expand professional networks to drive continued business development.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily success.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Ability to obtain a Life and Health license within 6 months (required).
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred but not mandatory.
- Some college credit preferred.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
- Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in supervisory roles preferred.
- Comfortable learning and using computer functions.
