Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance products.
- Assess client needs to recommend appropriate insurance policies and coverage options tailored to their individual situations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including processing policy updates, assisting with billing inquiries, and supporting claims management.
- Proactively develop new business opportunities through referrals, outreach, and participation in community networking events.
- Meet or exceed agency sales targets and client retention goals.
- Stay current on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Life & Health insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain
