Insurance Account Manager (Licensed, P&C) - Summary
- Full-time role focused on property and casualty (P&C), as well as life and health insurance service and sales
- Supports clients through direct engagement, proactive communication, and needs-based solutions
- Acts as a bridge between the agency and customers, ensuring a seamless experience from policy inquiry to claim management
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and attentive service
- Engage with both new and existing clients to identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding policy options, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions
- Develop insurance quotes and deliver effective sales presentations to close new business
- Utilize a client-focused review process to educate clients on available insurance solutions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide timely activity reports to the agency
- Foster ongoing networking relationships to expand the agency’s reach and influence
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to success in daily activities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Active Life and Health insurance license required
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
