We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Account Manager (Licensed, P&C) to join a successful State Farm Agent team in San Clemente, CA. This is a full-time, in-office position for professionals with an active Property and Casualty insurance license, who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service and supporting business growth. As an Insurance Account Manager (Licensed, P&C), you will play a key role in delivering value-based solutions, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, maintaining routine follow-ups to address client needs and concerns.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Educate clients on insurance options using a consultative, needs-based approach to ensure comprehensive coverage solutions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily success and meeting business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver timely activity reports and updates to the agency’s lead agent.
- Stay current on industry trends, product changes, licensing requirements, and participate in continuing education as needed.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Life and Health license (preferred).
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and achieving high accuracy in all work.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new technologies.
