Insurance Account Manager (Licensed) - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized insurance solutions and support

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture leads by scheduling appointments and identifying customer needs
- Market appropriate insurance products and services tailored to each client
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and communication
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing matters
- Act as a resource for clients, providing accurate guidance and support throughout the policy lifecycle
- Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the agency’s growth objectives

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance sales preferred
- Property & Casualty License required (or must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health License required (or must be able to obtain)
- Track record of achieving sales goals or quotas preferred
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to relate well to customers and build long-lasting client relationships
- Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is a plus
