Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and proactive follow-up.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate clients about their insurance options and recommend tailored solutions.
- Prepare insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales to meet team objectives.
- Develop and maintain ongoing networking relationships to expand business opportunities.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily and long-term success.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agency management as required.
